The highlight of our new branch. With no experience in boxing required, you will learn all the six basic punches and combinations mixed with bodyweight, dumbbells and core workout for 6-7, 3 min rounds. Punch your stresses away!

A 50-50 deal that let you box and do strength and conditioning in one session. Improve your stamina for boxing and overall fitness.

Our brand of yoga highly focuses on treating office syndrome, increase flexibility, improve posture, and practice mindfulness. No experience required.

Prices:

Drop in: 500 THB

3 Class pass: 1,300 THB  (Valid for 2 weeks)

5 Class pass 2,000 THB  (Valid for 4 weeks)

1 Month Unlimited Pass  5,000 THB (Valid for 4 weeks) 

**Remarks: Multiple class pass and unlimited pass packages are only applicable at The City Lion Branch Rama IV

WHAT TO BRING

  • Boxing Shoes/ Indoor Training shoes. You are allowed to train with boxing shoes, in-door training shoes with clean soles or barefoot.
  • Handwraps. You can bring your own otherwise handwraps are available for sale and for rent at the gym.
  • Mouthguard is required for all sparring classes.
  • Head gear is required for sparring classes.
  • Groin guard is optional and is provided by the gym.
  • Training gloves and equipment are provided by the gym. Personal training gloves must 14oz. and above for sparring.

FAQ's

Q1: “Do I have to be fit before I join your classes?”

A1: Not necessarily, we will help you get fit from where you are (your fitness level and capability), build a consistent fitness routine, and take you to where you want to be as you keep coming to the classes. 

 

Q2; “Will I be able to keep up with the group?”

A2: Yes, you will be able to. We limit our group members to only 14 persons per class to ensure that our coach can pay attention to each attendee and help you keep up with the rest.

 

Q3: “Are some of my injury limitations going to hold me back?”

A3: Injuries on a case-to-case basis will be asked and determined by the head coach whether or not it is safe for you to join the class. Certain workout can be modified to accommodate an attendee’s injury. It is important that clients are honest about their medical conditions to prevent further injuries.

 

Q4: “Is it ok that I have no exercise experience in boxing?”

A4: Yes, it is. We would recommend all no experience beginners to join our beginners’ fundamental classes.
