A detailed approach on learning the sweet science. This class will teach you how to move, react, defend, and punch like a real boxer and apply it in a safe and controlled environment.

1. ADVANCED BOOKING IS REQUIRED. NO WALK-INS.
2. FOR MORNING CLASSES (BEFORE 12 NOON) PLEASE BOOK BEFORE 9:00 PM THE NIGHT BEFORE.
3. FOR EVENING CLASSES (FROM 4:00PM ONWARDS) PLEASE BOOK BEFORE 12 NOON ON THE DAY OF THE CLASS.

WHAT TO BRING
- Boxing Shoes/ Indoor Training shoes. You are allowed to train with boxing shoes, in-door training shoes with clean soles or barefoot.
- Handwraps. You can bring your own otherwise handwraps are available for sale and for rent at the gym.
- Mouthguard is required for all technical/ sparring classes.
- Head gear is required for sparring classes.
- Groin guard is optional and is provided by the gym.
- Training gloves and equipment are provided by the gym. Personal training gloves must be 16oz. and above for sparring.
FAQ's
Q1: “Do I have to be fit before I join your classes?”
A1: Not necessarily, we will help you get fit from where you are (your fitness level and capability), build a consistent fitness routine, and take you to where you want to be as you keep coming to the classes.
Q2; “Will I be able to keep up with the group?”
A2: Yes, you will be able to. We limit our group members to only 14 persons per class to ensure that our coach can pay attention to each attendee and help you keep up with the rest.
Q3: “Are some of my injury limitations going to hold me back?”
A3: Injuries on a case-to-case basis will be asked and determined by the head coach whether or not it is safe for you to join the class. Certain workout can be modified to accommodate an attendee’s injury. It is important that clients are honest about their medical conditions to prevent further injuries.
Q4: “Is it ok that I have no exercise experience in boxing?”
A4: Yes, it is. We would recommend all no experience beginners to join our beginners’ fundamental classes.
