TECHNICAL BOXING/ SPARRING CLASS

SAT | SUN : 5 - 6PM

A detailed approach on learning the sweet science for intermediate boxers and experienced fighter. Develop your boxing IQ, sophisticated techniques, strategy, and mental toughness through live sparring rounds in a safe setting. Experience the intensity of training like a real athlete and take your boxing skills to new heights.

Remarks: Protective gear provided.
Must bring your mouth guard.

PRICE

Drop in (Single Class): 600 THB

Drop in (Double Class One Day Pass): 1,100 THB

3 Class pass: 1,600 THB  (Valid for 2 weeks)

5 Class pass: 2,400 THB  (Valid for 4 weeks)

1 Month Unlimited Pass:  6,000 THB  

2 Month Unlimited Pass: 11,000 THB

BOOKING POLICY

1. ADVANCED BOOKING IS REQUIRED. NO WALK-INS.

2. FOR MORNING CLASSES (BEFORE 12 NOON) PLEASE BOOK BEFORE 9:00 PM THE DAY BEFORE.

3. FOR EVENING CLASSES (FROM 4:00PM ONWARDS) PLEASE BOOK BEFORE 12:00NOON ON THE DAY OF THE CLASS.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Boxing Shoes/ Indoor Training shoes. You are allowed to train with boxing shoes, in-door training shoes with clean soles or barefoot.
  • Handwraps. You can bring your own otherwise handwraps are available for sale and for rent at the gym.
  • Mouthguard is required for all technical/ sparring classes.
  • Head gear is required for sparring classes.
  • Groin guard is optional and is provided by the gym.
  • Training gloves and equipment are provided by the gym. Personal training gloves must be 16oz. and above for sparring.
